Positive: The hotel including our room was very clean. The crew is extremely friendly and offer a helping hand whenever required. It is located very quietly hence no noise during our stay. Every is reachable in 5 minutes e.g. Habour for day tours, supermarkets, restaurants. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel while traveling solo. The location is excellent, and because the hotel has only a small number of rooms, it feels very private and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. Room was beautiful, comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The swimming pool area is absolutely lovely and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was that the hotel has its own boat, which made it incredibly easy and enjoyable to take boat tours and visit the beautiful islands nearby. It was a fantastic advantage. A special thanks to the reception, incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The owner is also a very kind and warm person, which truly adds to the friendly and personal atmosphere of the hotel. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

Positive: We loved the welcoming atmosphere with the little extras that made all the difference; a taxi waiting for our arrival at the airport, a welcome drink, complimentary drinks and snacks in the rooms and mostly the friendly staff. This hotel definitely goes above and beyond to welcome guests. They even allowed us to use the facilities after checkout.

Positive: The best sleep we had in our entire time on the Galapagos. It was very quiet at night. The staff at the reception was kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and started early/before excursions. Taxi from and to the airport is included, which is a plus and saves you USD 30 each way.
